eve-ng web gui login issue solved

df -h




to see you have sufficient space




if you do not have sufficient space you can add another virtual drive




log in eve-ng virtual machine as root

and see if mysql server is working




sudo service mysql status



or

ps aux | grep mysql



if mysql is running



To fix permission, enter this command in eve-ng console

/opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions



if this does not solve the issue you can restore the db

unl_wrapper -a restoredb



However the issue for me was you can not login using root in web gui in eve-ng

you have to use

username admin

password eve
