Alternative for gpupdate in windows server 2000

At last I found the alternative command of gpupdate or gpupdate/force in case of windows server 2000 as it does not support it.

The command is

secedit /refreshpolicy user_policy(for change in group policy in user configuration)
secedit /refreshpolicy machine_policy(for change in group policy in computer configuration)
