dsastat(command line) with full syntax such as


dsastat /s:dc1;dc2;dc3 /b:"cn=domain controllers,dc=sourac,dc=com"

dcdiag(command line) with full syntax with redirecting it's output to a text file such as

dcdiag /s:dc1 > c:/a.txt

You will not so much as want to take a sip of wine after watching this mesmerizing film about the horrors of drug addiction. I was not a fan of director Darren Aronofsky's debut film "Pi," but with this movie he proves to be a filmmaker of unlimited vision and style. Four characters in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn are all driven to despair due to their drug abuse, the saddest being Ellen Burstyn as a nice Jewish widow who unwittingly becomes addicted to prescription diet pills that help her lose weight but drag her into a world of hallucinations and paranoia. Burstyn is superb. It is so refreshing to see such a great veteran like her in such a challenging leading role, one in which she goes through a hell worse than that in "The Exorcist."

But this is a director's film if there ever was one. Aronofsky knows how to tell a story in a way that is dazzling in its use of sound, editing, and cinematography. The score by the Kronos Quartet and Clint Mansell is the most striking movie music I have heard in a very long time.

"Requiem for a Dream" is not a movie for everyone. It is the essence of independent filmmaking, a daring, engrossing, artful film that stays with you long after you leave the theater. Hollywood bubblegum this ain't.

The greatest superstar in wrestling history

Its been said by many (including myself) that Shawn Michaels aka The Heartbreak Kid is the greatest superstar of all time for many different reasons. Being a wrestler requires many talents of which two are a must. They must be incredibly athletic and they must be creative with their skits (the build up of the match).

Wrestlers obviously need to be very athletic to perform the job in the ring. However, most people overlook the fact that there skits are equally important. The skits building up their matches are the selling point of wrestling's pay per views.

Most wrestling superstars usually stand out when they are talented at at-least one of these areas. A few such as The Rock, and Triple H have had very successful careers as wrestlers with talents in both of these areas.

Before the success of The Rock, and Triple H and before the popularity that wrestling has today, HBK was a complete stand out in these areas. He was (and still is) one of the most athletic superstars to ever step in the ring. Bringing a number of moves such as the moonsault (back flip from the top rope) to the business. He also revolutionized a number of matches such as the ladder match, which usually involves a championship belt being hung just in reach from a ladder and the wrestler that climbs the ladder to gain position of the championship first being named the winner.

A wrestler almost always performs as either a heel or a baby face, heel being the "bad guy" and baby face being the 'good guy'. Many fans actually overlook the fact that the guy they absolutely hate (the heel) is actually getting paid to make you hate him. He may cheat, talk badly about the fans, lie etc. The point of all of this is that they want you to hate him so much that you will pay to see him get his but kicked. Shawn Michaels is one of the few in the business to be a major success at both of these rolls. Along with Triple H, he formed the stable degeneration x (dx) as heels which later became one of the most popular stables in the history of the business.

Designating bridgehead servers

Hate to be a theory buff but another round of this disgusting thing I have to do,previously we have created 2 geographically dispersed site in kolkata and haldia,now in several geographically dispersed sites if we have multiple dcs in each locations we have to ensure replication efficiency so that replication traffic cross the wan link only once and then the replication within a site happens automatically and the local adcs get the change.The intention is obviously bandwidth save nothing else.So in both sites we have have to designate 2 dcs as bridgehead servers who will perform in the intersite replication.

Creating sites reasonably

Ok a little bit of theory,we have 2 branches of same company in kolkata and haldia,in kolkata we have a dc bamed dc1 and another adc named dc2,in haldia we have another adc named dc3,kolkata and haldia are connected using multiple E1 lines,active directory replication are happening following multimaster replication model,to syncronize our logical network with the physical network we have created 2 sites named kolkata and haldia and defined 2 corresponding subnets there and defined intersite(which is autimatic and happennig every 15 minutes conducted by knowledge consistency checker) and intrasite replication,the reasons are mainly to control the user logon traffic and the efficient use of replication traffic.
