Creating sites reasonably

Ok a little bit of theory,we have 2 branches of same company in kolkata and haldia,in kolkata we have a dc bamed dc1 and another adc named dc2,in haldia we have another adc named dc3,kolkata and haldia are connected using multiple E1 lines,active directory replication are happening following multimaster replication model,to syncronize our logical network with the physical network we have created 2 sites named kolkata and haldia and defined 2 corresponding subnets there and defined intersite(which is autimatic and happennig every 15 minutes conducted by knowledge consistency checker) and intrasite replication,the reasons are mainly to control the user logon traffic and the efficient use of replication traffic.
